Pfoodigraph: Deep Dish Apple Streusel Pie

We have been on a deep-dish kick lately, and this pie recipe has been a fall favorite among our family.  While I enjoy a good cinnamonny (is that a word?) apple pie as much as the next person, this pie can rival any of them. Adapted from the great Deep Dish Sour Cream Apple Pie recipe found in Dede Wilson's book Unforgettable Desserts (the recipe for which can be found here), our version tweaks some of the ingredients and substitutes plain Greek Yogurt for the sour cream.  I like experimenting by using different combinations of apples each time I make an apple pie as well.  The one pictured is 1/2 Granny Smith, 1/4 Golden Delicious, and 1/4 Honeycrisp.  Enjoy.
